ONE, OF A KIND

Have you seen this shop? Of A Kind features limited edition, up and coming designer goods. Promoting small shops, innovative design, and limited production capability. Sure it's not cheap, but you support an independent designer, and you have some exclusivity here, thats got to count for something right? Not to mention the goods are goood. Take a peek below at some of my favorite things that are available now, and coincidentally look awesome together. NYC, Dallas, San Fran, Portland Maine, it works.
1. Downing Overnight Bag by Ernest Alexander 2. Pyrite Facet Cuff by Kelly Wearstler 3. Garde Jacket by Veda 4. One Four Three Cowl by Jimmy and Maeve 5. Black Diamond Circle Earrings by Mociun

SPIRITUAL HOME

The West. I saw this image and it brought that feeling of serenity and magic that you feel when you are in one for your Spiritual Homes.  Have I touched on this before? Mine include the following: Tuscany, Wyoming, and The Southwest (Mostly NM, and TX).  These are the places where I truly feel like part of me remains no matter where else I go.

When I stumbled upon this photograph by Jordan Sullivan, I had to share...

HIGH ON THE HILL

Really diggin' the retro feel of these photos.  The color confetti add-ons further encourage the feeling of fantasy, and I like that I'm transported to where ever this never never land is.  Amazing work by Sebastiaan Bremer.  Hope y'all are having a rocking Monday... Im feeling inspired.
P.S. getting crafty in the kitch recently.  Made kimchi and pickles and my apartment stinks!!  I'll photograph round 2 and post it right here.

THE RALEIGH

I'm back! I took a little longer break than anticipated but I needed it.  You know those days when you just sleep forever and realize how exhausted your body was? Like that.  Anywho, nothing like a little vacay to sort things out!

I stayed in this amazing hotel in Miami called The Raleigh.  It's in South Beach in the Art Deco district, which was so cool!  Walking around looking at the architecture in this area was really great, the buildings have such huge impact when they are all packing in together.  The Raleigh was super classy, and I just loved all the attention to detail, the patterns, and the type. How amazing is that POOL!!  So fun to swim in, I felt like a movie star for sure. Looking forward to sharing more of my trip with you... A nice change from all the New England content. Cheers! and happy monday.

CELEBRATE!

Well folks, I'm taking off for the weekend,  Happy Fourth of July!  I'll be gettin' down on the dance floor at a good friends wedding. "festive attire optional"... duh, I'll be there, in red, white, blue, and fringe cowboy boots, don't you worry.

Here's a little pink with your RWB today... I want that suitcase! You can find it on Etsy, along with the lighter fluid can, I just love old stuff.

Ooh Italia, how I miss you so...

Lake Como, Italy

I've been thinking on Italy lately... If it can't be Cortona, I'll take Lake Como.

Ciao!
