Holy Amazing! Loving these prints... Erin Tyner of Atlanta is creating some amazing work. I am especially intrigued by her "Half Awake" diorama series. I would hang this on my wall for sure. Tyner's work evokes feelings of solitude, emptiness, and angst, yet is cut with the childish and playful essence of toys, or in this case, HO scale model train figures. This duality creates an undeniable depth to her work that can be continually appreciated by consumers, creators, and curators alike.
References that come to mind (which may or may not be intentional) are: The Wizard of OZ, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, The Awakening, Little Red Riding Hood, and Alfred Hitchcock. What do you see?
